The Very Best Car Purchasing Experience I've Ever Had! I had been looking for a new SUV for the past several weeks. I had looked at Ford, Chevy, Honda, and Mazda SUVs leaning toward the Ford Edge prior to I had been looking for a new SUV for the past several weeks. I had looked at Ford, Chevy, Honda, and Mazda SUVs leaning toward the Ford Edge prior to visiting Bobby Amiraslani and his manager Charlie Rassouli at Luther Burnsville Hyunda. The experience I had was nothing short of absolutely incredible. Bobby was very accomodating and carefully listened to exactly what I was looking for. After test driving the Tucson and the Santa Fe, I really liked and was sold on the feel and comfort of the Santa Fe and Bobby did an excellent job is pointing out the features that were really important to me. The vehicle with all the features I had chosen (2015 Santa Fe Sport W/Tech Package) wasn't available at the dealership so very promptly they located one at another dealership and brought it in for me. The purchasing experience was fantastic, everything was explained in detail, and the price was excellent. I can't say enough good about the dealership and these two guys. I am very happy with my purchase and will defenitely look to do more business with them in the future. I will recommend Luther Burnsville Hyundai, Bobby, and Charlie to all my friends and family and urge anyone looking for a new or used car to give them the opportunity to earn your business. Abby Macgowan and Andy Schultheis went above and beyond taking care of my wife and I throughout the process of buying our vehicle. Both were honest with our questions and both were willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. They worked with Dean Dreckman, the General Manager of sales to give us the best deal possible. I am cautious writing reviews but in this case I cannot recommend highly enough these folks mentioned as they went beyond great service. They were all outstanding!! I wasn’t very aware of Hyundai vehicles, but thought I would stop in and find out more about them. I was greeted very nicely and felt comfortable in the dealership. It was a pleasant atmosphere, unlike some other dealerships I was at recently. I never felt pressured or bombarded by sales people. I was helped by a very chill, nice guy named Josh. He was interested in telling me all about Hyundai, which I found informative. After looking at Sonatas in the lot, I came back the next day and Josh let me take the car for the afternoon, which I very much appreciated – so much so that I bought the vehicle. Even after I purchased the Sonata, Josh was very helpful in explaining to me all the features on my new car. He is just a really great guy who knows his car stuff.
