My car buying experience I had made an appointment to purchase my leased vehicle. I can't say that this afternoon turned out to be a very pleasant experience. However, an appointment should count for something and walk-ins and a training sessions (that was going on) delayed my appointment from the start. I talked with a minimum of three different people who all seemed to be working with other people at the same time. I don't know the inner workings of car dealerships, but I at my age I hope this will be the last vehicle I have to purchase. I am happy with my car and the plan that Ryan was able to work out for me. He was more than generous and very pleasant to work with. And Rich, for having to sit with your customers for hours - it seemed like - while all that was going on in the background - bless you, too. What a horrible way to make a living. You must love your job. Yes, I am happy with my new car. How could I ignore the wonderful deal I got. And would I recommend the dealership? I don't suppose it is run any different than any others. More

He was very thorough in walking me through every feature of the car and was over all very kind and patient. The only negative part of my experience was with the financing guy. He was very nice at first until we decided not to buy additional warranties for the vehicle. We called our "car guy" and he recommended not buying anything extra. We fully trust his opinion and when we said no to the extras the financing guy did a total 180 in his attitude toward us and seemed to almost talk down to us as if we were idiots for not increasing the already excellent warranty that Hyundai offers.
