I knew the criteria I was looking for and I told Jake Hornstein exactly what I wanted to accomplish in the limited time I had. Jake listened to me and gave me exactly what I asked for, going off MY agenda, not his. He was straightforward, honest, showed me the best options that met my criteria in both used and new cars, answered all my questions, never pressured me at all and did it all with a great sense of humor and happy demeanor. When my husband and I followed up the next day, Jake did not treat "us" any differently than he had treated me, treating us equally with respect. My husband does a lot of research on vehicles and in the past has seemed to know more about the cars than the salespeople we have worked with at other dealerships. That was certainly not the case this time, as Jake was extremely well versed about this vehicle, including all the new safety features and systems. He was even able to teach my husband a few things he wasn’t aware of, even though this was our third Santa Fe. We also had great interactions with Barry Larson in Finance and Tony Banse in management, a great team effort. I highly recommend Brownsville Hyundai and Jake Hornstein. More
