I just have to smile about how the world has changed. Though not everybody trust the dealership for good pricing though they do expect quality work there. But then amongst the paperwork in one little Line item it says we’d like to do another $2000 work and replace a water pump. There’s no discussion about how someone comes up with $3500 in two days or a discussion on potential warranties on water pumps on 2021 Tiguans or just a little sympathetic handholding however it’s 2026. So I will go get a second opinion before I try to find $2000 for a water pump leak that has never materialized on the garage floor or in any other area. Evidently there are no discounts for age or military.service. Not unhappy with the service, just thinking that there may be a better option out there. More
