Seamless car purchase I have been looking for a used Passat with low miles for the last few months and was tracking one from the Luther Burnsville Volkswagen dealership whe I have been looking for a used Passat with low miles for the last few months and was tracking one from the Luther Burnsville Volkswagen dealership when I received an e-mail that they adjusted the price for the one I was interested in. I called the dealership and got transferred to Linda. Linda went over the details in a very professional manner and I scheduled a test drive that day. The car was immaculate and was also certified and I felt the price was fair based on my research. I indicated that I wanted to purchase the vehicle and Linda and the rest of the team did a great job getting everything put together for the next day. When I arrived the vehicle was ready and Linda walked me through the car manual and all of the items in the car. The finance department was excellent to work with too. A few days after my purchase I noticed that my drivers side heated seat did not work. I called Linda and she immediately set up an appointment for the next day for them to look at the car. I came in and they fixed the issue in a short time. This has been a great care buying experiance. More

A Breath of Fresh Air I was disappointed with the TDI issues and to lose what I loved about my 2011 Golf. When I saw the Alltrack I quickly stopped in to look at one. Mad I was disappointed with the TDI issues and to lose what I loved about my 2011 Golf. When I saw the Alltrack I quickly stopped in to look at one. Madi greeted me with a smile and when I explained I was only looking she still did a great job going over the one they had in stock. She called a few weeks later when more models arrived and when I couldn't find the trim and color I wanted, she helped get one. On the actual day of purchase my wife came with and was very happy she did, Madi was a breath of fresh air compared to previous salespersons.
