On a very cold day, he had the Tiguan we were interested in warm and ready for a test. He is very personable and low pressure. We drove off with the Tiguan that day and had a low-stress exchange about how we could make something work. Only comment to prospective leasers is that if you are thinking of leasing-remember there are warantees, etc. that can add onto the price. As first time leasees we weren't aware of that. We love our new car and when we picked it up Linda took lots of time to sit in the car with us, set up all of the features and demo them. She invited us to call or come back if we couldn't recall how a feature worked or with any issues. We purchased our previous car from Linda and had the identical excellent service. After you purchase a car from her, she is still there for you throughout the time you own the car. More

Even though it was unexpected and difficult to part with a normally reliable and hardworking, paid for car, I chose to trade-in that car for another used VW. I was introduced to Linda for the first time and she guided me through the process of finding features I wanted, what was currently available, and the cost. The service department has always been friendly and I have been coming to this dealership for many years to have my VW serviced. Now I was introduced to the sales department and I found Linda to be very helpful, willing to take the time needed to accomplish what the next steps were to be and making sure everything got done. After the sale was completed she told me that anything else that I needed or questions I had she would be happy to assist with to make sure I was satisfied. Jared walked us through the financial arrangements and additional car care packages we might be interested in in a very clear, succinct manner. Finally the car priced dropped where I felt comfortable purchasing it. I was surprised to even get better financing thru Luther then my credit union.
