I traded in my 2012 Passat for a brand-new Passat and I am looking forward to another several years with Luther. They have always taken care of me and their service is second-to-none. Amazingly Comfortable Car Shopping Experience From the minute we walked into Luther Volkswagen in Burnsville, Linda Radue greeted us with a great smile and handshake. She immediately listened to our hopes for the day and got right to work for us. She had 2 cars pulled up and ready to drive within 5 minutes of our arrival. She walked us through the brand new vehicle vs the pre-owned Touregs we came in to see. She explained the differences between the years and trims of the Touregs. The thing we loved the most was that she said we could take the vehicle out on our own. She showed us respect and trust from the start which helped us respect and trust her as well. When we returned from the test drive she already had an appraisal number on our trade in. Another thing we loved about Linda was how she showed genuine care for us throughout the day. We had made the decision very quickly about purchasing the vehicle, but were waiting for a while to work with a finance rep. The entire time she spent talking with us, getting us beverages, offering us lunch and even getting us Gopher Volleyball tickets when she heard my daughter was a volleyball fan. When we met with Jared, he was very approachable, laid back and funny. He was thorough, yet not too lengthy with his explanations and paperwork detail. When we came out of the finance office, Linda was ready to bring us to our new Toureg. She sat in the back seat and went through all of the features specific to our vehicle. She even had us do some presets on our radio, set up our Bluetooth phone contacts and the different display options. She did have another customer waiting inside and she still came through with her final promise to give us the phone number to the Volkswagen Roadside Assistance (which she hand wrote and put into our manual book for us). She made us feel like we were the only customers she had that day. She had a salesman in training shadowing her that day named Kyle. He will without doubt make a great salesman as well. Luther trains them to have product knowledge but also to have great people skills. My husband and I both talked about how wonderful the experience was and that we haven't had such a fun time shopping and purchasing a vehicle ever....not many people do. Our next vehicle will be purchased at this dealership because they have quality cars and quality staff. More

When we arrived near the end of the business day, she and the rest of the staff didn't rush us out the door in an effort to get home on time, but stayed late to ensure we got the car we wanted and were happy with our purchase and financing plan. I texted them the morning of that I was interested in test driving a vehicle. Got there right when they opened and Linda helped get the vehicle for me to drive right away. Was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and even bumped down the price a bit for a couple dings I noticed that were not a huge deal. She even got me in a few days later for a few interior repairs I noticed that needed fixing free of charge! Only thing was that I came back for another interior repair that needed sewing but they didn't have a guy who could sew it so I had to drive to a different Luther repair shop to get it done. It was also free of charge though so I can't complain too much. Other than that little quirk I was very impressed with the service I got and more importantly the car I purchased and would recommend Burnsville Volkswagen Luther if your looking for a place with good customer service. Especially ask for Linda Radue! More

Amazing customer service!!! I came into Burnsville Volkswagen for service on my 2007 Jetta because I needed an oil change. After writing down all of my concerns with my car I had I came into Burnsville Volkswagen for service on my 2007 Jetta because I needed an oil change. After writing down all of my concerns with my car I had also mentioned that I would like to replace my new chrome rims with the original rims and tires that came with the car for winter driving. I had purchased new wheels and tires because the brake dust and road grime had become so bad on my original rims that I was unable to make them look clean anymore. I had purchased numerous cleaners and products from my local auto parts store which did not clean the wheels. I had spent a lot of time and elbow grease to attempt to remove the grime from my wheels and was unsuccessful. I had mentioned my failed attempts at cleaning my wheels as small-talk with Ugur as he noted my concerns with my vehicle. He told me that he did not believe the detail team at Burnsville Volkswagen cleaned wheels, but assured me he would inquire about potential products to suggest which may work well for me to clean the wheels. When I picked up my Jetta tonight I immediately noticed my original wheels looked as shiny and new as the day I purchased the car! The wheels were spotless, the car had been washed, and tire gel had been applied to my old tires. I also found out that Ugur had personally cleaned the wheels himself!!! I understand how difficult of a task this must have been! I have been on my hands and knees scrubbing those nasty old wheels and I am still in disbelief that he went to such great lengths to take care of my concerns. This is not the first time I have been flabbergasted by how amazing the service is at Burnsville Volkswagen! Anne has gone out of her way in the past and always ensures that I get a military discount for service because she knows I am an Active Duty Soldier. Amazing customer service like this is so rare these days - I really appreciate the way your dealership does business and the quality of employees like Ugur Solim who sincerely care about your customers like me!
