Recently, I worked with Ann Shirley and the service department on a few issues I was having. I was given a rental car at no cost while the repairs were being made. Ann worked with my extended warranty company and was able to get additional money to put towards a tire repair without me even asking her to. I was also due to have my brake pads replaced, Ann informed me of a special they were having. Not only did she provide me with amazing customer service, she also saved me money! Ann was very knowledgeable and clearly communicated throughout the entire process. I know when I need anything I can depend on Linda, Ann and team. I will continue to service my car at Luther Burnsville Volkswagen! More
