Jason Bestler met us that late Saturday afternoon with a pleasant, accommodating nature which was refreshing. We felt no pressure at all which is how we roll, yet he was keenly aware of our interest and made himself available and again accommodating! We fell in love with the Eos at first sight even though we had come only to research a possible purchase of a Beetle convertible. I have enjoyed my 2012 Beetle during the 3 year duration of my lease and had planned to purchase one. Jason left us to roam to get a handle on just what we wanted which we felt was very respectful. He was very helpful in walking us through our options and the purchase process in general. Thank you Jason! Chris in finance was also very helpful and made the "fun part" of a purchase more than tolerable. Thank you Chris! One more thing.....George and I were very impressed at the interest paid to us by the General Manager,Jay Radue! Visit after visit, year after year, Ann exceeds our expectations. As we near the point where we need to buy a new car, this dealership will likely be where we will buy a car from, strictly because of the service and convenience that Ann provides us as a service manager. We exchanged emails for a few days before Linda emailed me that a great car came in that fit all of my needs. She was right! Once we test drove the vehicle, Linda introduced me to Chris Kolb in the finance department and made it all happen. I am excited to own my first convertible and have loved the past few days driving with the top open! Amazing! I walked into VW on a Tuesday afternoon, met Linda and knew immediately I would be buying a car from her. I explained to her what I was looking for - I walked into VW on a Tuesday afternoon, met Linda and knew immediately I would be buying a car from her. I explained to her what I was looking for - a car with 4 wheels and that was about it. Linda went out of her way to find me that and a lot more! She showed me a Passat SEL Premium and I fell in love. She offered me the keys and sent me off on my own for a test drive. When I returned, she met me at the door and said let me know. She didn't push me to buy or commit to anything. My husband went back the next day which was Linda's day off so he dealt with Jared. He was just as pleasant as Linda. He showed my husband the car that I drove, they chatted for a few minutes but didn't push him to buy the car or to go with him. He showed him the car but understood that he was just looking and would be dealing with Linda. I went back the following day to do the actual purchase. Linda had all the paperwork ready to go so we had to literally sign and drive. She was absolutely wonderful to deal with and so friendly. I wasn't intimidated, scared or pushed into a deal that wasn't going to fit my needs. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone that is looking for a car! We also dealt with Jacque who was as pleasant as ever. All of the individuals congratulated me on the purchase and seemed genuinely happy for me. The entire deal was simple, easy and pleasant. More
