Great experience I was dreading the thought of going to a dealership to purchase a new vehicle. I do not like the price haggling and salesmen that are trying to talk you into a more expensive or different vehicle than you want only to increase their commission checks. My vehicle was a 2002 and definitely needed to be replaced. I researched several vw dealers online and liked the prices I saw for Burnsville VW. I completed an online inquiry form and received a quick response from Jared Frantz. He was very polite and informative. He responded quickly to any questions I had by phone or email even on his day off. I was looking at 2 used vehicles listed on their website. I let Jared know when I would be coming in for a test drive and he came in on his day off to assist me. I ended up trading in my old jeep and driving home a brand new Jetta sport wagon. Jaque Radue assisted with the financing end of it and was great to work with as well. Both were very friendly, informative and seemed happy to be there. I received a nice amount for my trade and loved that I did not need to negotiate prices. This was a completely opposite experience from the last vehicle I purchased new! Definately a much better experience. I will be recommending this dealership and Jared to many others as well. More
