Our second Volkswagen with Linda Originally we had bought a 2006 Beetle TDI for my wife in August. As soon as the cold it it stopped wanting to start. We struggled with it and took i Originally we had bought a 2006 Beetle TDI for my wife in August. As soon as the cold it it stopped wanting to start. We struggled with it and took it back 3 or 4 times and they ran it through their service department and couldn't find anything wrong with it. After the 3rd and 4th time (those were back to back days) it left my wife stranded I said lets get rid if it. I didn't get any hesitation from her as it was a very cold night in Minnesota and she had just started a new job. I talked to Linda on Tuesday night and she came in on her day off to meet me so I could find something for my wife. I test drove a couple cars and she gave me a loaner, no charge so I could get to my unusually busy day. After work Linda met me so I could pick one of the 3 cars I looked at. We had gotten the paperwork and financing done during the day so it would be quicker for everyone in the evening. Linda and Jacque made my hectic day less of a problem and my wife and I really appreciate that! More

We had car shopped seriously about 2 weeks but were not in a big hurry to buy - I felt immediately 'at home' when she came out to greet me. I appreciated being able to review the van in the warm service area (it was a February evening). My husband spent a couple hours the following day test driving. The dealership took pride in their building, their employees and delivering a car that was in stellar condition. I feel we got a great value purchasing a Routan. I show dogs and many of my friends drive vans - none of them have a Routan. I can't wait to show it off the next time I see them at a show. Linda --watch for some referrals!!! More
