Linda welcomed us warmly, listened to our needs and wants, answered all of our questions and came up with several options that would fit into our budget. She was so thorough and went above and beyond to find cars that fit our needs. It was obvious she loves her job and really cares. Even once we decided on our cars, she went above and beyond to track down the color we wanted, gave us a rental car until we could get our car, and then took the time to get us all set up in our cars. Great used car purchase experience! I called in about a vehicle I found online and was directed to Jared. When I arrived he met me at the vehicle and went over some specifics with me. After a great test drive he went and obtained the inspection report and walked me through it. He did not pressure me to buy the vehicle and allowed me to take my time. He continued to help and assist me throughout the process and got me a good deal. 2012 Passat Came in looking for a used late model Passat TDI. There was one available, Rich met us in the lot and showed us a 2012 Passat. We took it for a drive. Went home, called the next day stated we would like to purchase the car, after getting the financing we came back and picked up the car and it took about 1.5 hrs from the time we got there until we were driving home. 2012 Passat I finally found a car that would suit my needs on the Burnsvle VW website. I called and talked with the salesman John. I walked in and was greeted by a number of salesmen. They found John for me and we went for a test drive. Loved the car! I could not pick up the car until the following Friday. They were very accommodating. I actually wa able to take delivery of the car on Thursday. The deal went thought nicely. John gave a a very thorough walk through of the cars systems.
