I also worked with Jay Radue, who again, took care of me through each step, and beyond. When I brought my car back for service, they were quick to get me a loaner and work on my vehicle. The quality of work was flawless on my car, and I couldn't even tell anything had happened to it beforehand. Financing was easy, and Jacque was the one one who helped me with that. Everyone was very involved and it felt like a personal experience. They had no problems answering whatever questions I had when I gave any of them a call. I have been driving a VW since I was 16 and just purchased my 7th VW (Tiguan). I absolutely love it. My last car, an EOS was one of my favorites and every time I had to bring it in for an oil change or tune up I was greated with open arms, kept informed and felt like I was part of the family. Everyone used my first name and Linda would come and chat with me while I was waiting. Not only has Linda become my favorite, she is a friend. Anytime I've had a question or needed something I never had to wait for an answer and she always made sure it was taken care of. THANK YOU a million times for making me the happiest VW owner around.
