I had never had the opportunity to visit this dealeship. When my sons' Passat had starting problems he was told by a neighborhood mechanic to have the vehicle checked out by a VW dealer. I looked in the phone book and found the Burnzsville dealership to be the closest. An appointment was made and we nursed the vehicle to the shop. When we arrived, I was pleasant surprised by the friendly people that met us. When the vehicle was finally in for the service, we were assured that our problem would be corrected. We got a call that afternoon telling us that the vehicle would be ready the next day at about 2 o'clock. We got a call the next day at about 10 o'clock saying that it was ready to be picked up. We recovered the vehicle and the repair price was reasonable and we were truely surprised with the quick service. We will continue to use this dealership for repairs and service in the future. J.S. It was time to look into a new Beetle convertible as the ORANGE 2003 vehicle was running out of warranty. It was a gift from my late husband who had worked with Curt Hansen at this same dealership all thos ORANGE 2003 vehicle was running out of warranty. I have maintained a service connection throughout all of the years because Sandie Fuller has been so REAL with me whenever I showed up for help. One day she introduced me to Linda Radue and when I decided to pursue the idea of a new convertible, I contacted Linda. (I really wanted another ORANGE Beetle convertible, but after speaking with 2 individuals at VW headquarters, it became evident that SUNDOWNER ORANGE would likely not reappear for at least two more years.) With Linda's patient help and guidance, I described what I wanted in a new vehicle.....silver, leather-ish interior, Bluetooth, automatic transmission,-- blah, blah! As we talked she busily researched the area dealers on her computer and found a 2014 silver beetle convertible...but it would take negotiation to get the vehicle moved/traded -- THEN I noticed a silver beetle convertible on the lot right out the front window and wanted to know what was wrong with that one??? Linda's reply was simply stated, "It's a 2013." I asked to have the snow cleared away and to bring it inside so I could get a good look at it-- WAA-LAA!! Guess What? It was a NEW 2013 vehicle with 16 miles odometer...It had more "bells and whistles" than I needed... Next step = we talked trade-in (here is where the fun begins)!! I have a son and a daughter. My son does not need a vehicle, but both kids wanted the ORANGE Beetle Convertible to stay in the family. My son said that his sister should have it because then she could stop complaining about her Malibu! Linda listened...saw the Malibu through the front window and said that it could be done...with some fancy/unusual paperwork....technically, took the title of the Malibu and my daughter took (with huge smiles) the title of the ORANGE Beetle Convertible. During all of this conversation time, Jay Radue came by to see how we were doing...Linda offered a brief recap and Jay left...momentarily...and returned with paperwork about the 2013 silver beetle convertible and a dollar amount (with discounts--including the $500 Presidents' Day promotion deal (good only through Monday, February 17th). My daughter and I looked at each other--went to the townhouse to think and discuss how best to work this out for both of us....I took her Malibu to the dealership and had it serviced...she found the title. While the Malibu was getting ready, I found the title for the ORANGE Beetle Convertible. (By the way, this was on Valentine Day.) On Saturday around noon, we showed up at Burnsville VW--all set to do the "trading dance" and Linda was ready! Jay looked the Malibu over (his son Jay was around then, too) and he was kind enough to have an estimate of the ORANGE Beetle Convertible ready for me. This entire transaction was orchestrated and directed by Linda...next stop was the finance fellow, Tom, who was truly ready for us. During a brief lull, my daughter and I contacted our insurance company (USAA) and in mere moments we has coverage for our new vehicles. By the time this step was completed, I had a headache and Linda found a Coke for me (I hadn't eaten and it was now mid-afternoon). The hour had come and TWO ladies each had a new (to them) vehicle to drive home!! My daughter lives in Burnsville....and I live 150 miles south of the dealership. I have had the ORANGE Beetle Convertible serviced only at Burnsville VW all these years. It was my summer car...and now it will experience the elements of winter for the first time in 11 years! To say the least, I AM A SATISFIED CUSTOMER!! (AND, my daughter has already decided that when the time comes for a different vehicle, she wants JETTA--or maybe another convertible!) Thank you seems inadequate for the wonderful people who we have worked with at Burnsville VW--Linda and Sandie are definitely the TOP of the List. THE END More

God Bless Sandie Fuller and Ann Shirley who worked together to get my daughter and her 2003 ORANGE Beetle convertible into the service department as she had experienced a tire BLOW OUT at 6:30 am whil together to get my daughter and her 2003 ORANGE Beetle convertible into the service department as she had experienced a tire BLOW OUT at 6:30 am while driving to the school where she is a Special Education teacher. The accident happened when the front passenger tire hit a rather deep POT HOLE on a poorly lit stretch of highway near Shakopee, MN. Triple A made the initial rescue of my stranded daughter, changed the tire, put on the spare (which had never been out of the trunk), instructed my daughter to drive to a nearby service station and fill it completely with air--AND she made it to school on time! After attending to the necessary meetings and completing school paperwork, my daughter arrived at the appointed hour at Burnsville VW. Sandie had made all the arrangements and Ann executed the work. My daughter was kept in the loop while reading and grading papers in the customer lounge. AND, I was also kept in the loop as my daughter provided me with play-by-play of all of the conversation involving the repair. Two new tires were placed on the front wheels, the "good" tire from the driver's side was place in the trunk (to be saved in case something happens to a rear wheel)--it will live in the garage until such time that it may be needed....POT HOLE SEASON can last at least two more months!! The cashier called me and I provided my credit card information. My daughter was handed the receipt and was headed home to have a bowl of soup with crackers. THE END More

I leased a 2014 Jetta from Linda Radue. This is the second vehicle that Linda helped me with. The other car was a purchased 2012 Jetta. Linda did a very good job on transactions. I went in for an express oil change and, while I was there, asked about what looked like oil on one of the radiator fans. He put the hardware back on with some spare parts and only charged me labor. More
