I EMAIL MIKE B ON A FRI. NIGHT. HE CALLED SAT AT 9:00 AM. I WAS CLEANING MY CAR AT THE TIME AND TOLD MIKE I WOULD CALL HIM BACK IN ONE HOUR. THE ONE I WAS LOOKING FOR WAS RED IN COLOR WAGON AND A 6 SPEED. I LEFT SMELZ AND CALLED MIKE TO SEE IF HE STILL HAD MY SECOND CHOICE WHITE,AND HE SAID YES. I TOLD HIM I WAS REALLY LOOKING FOR RED TO MATCH MY COMPANY TRUCK COLORS AND HE SAID, GIVE ME A FEW MINUTES AND I WILL DO A SEARCH IN OTHER STATES. We live @ 80 miles away from dealership, came up on a busy Sat. and were able to finalize sale & drive away with the car we wanted w/o a return visit. Facility was well kept, lots of sales people available at every point, and the sales "back room" closing process well done. Having relocated from the U.S. Virgin Islands, I was concerned about getting a vehicle with navigation (learning the area), cold package (don't know about driving in snow...yet), safety and style. We visited BMW, Acura, Jeep and other dealers, but found that they were trying to put me in vehicles that they wanted. I did not feel that they LISTENED to me and considered my needs. Jared and Jacque LISTENED and worked patiently with me to get what me and my family needed.
