I wanted the experience of buying a new car by myself (without my husband's guidance) and I didn't want to work with a pushy salesperson. I'm so glad I worked with Linda. She was attentive to what I wanted from the minute I walked in the door to the minute I drove my new vw off the lot, I also know she will be available to me if I have any questions, concerns or problems with my vehicle. Linda goes above and beyond and provides excellent service. In a heartbeat, I would buy another car from her. In the future I will be recommending her to everyone I know. Tom Walsh in financing is also great and easy to work with. He is efficient and works quickly to get things processed. More

Couldn't have gone beter We stopped in for a test drive after doing a great deal of homework on mid-sized sedans and choosing the Passat. We weren't ready to buy that day but I knew we would be in a few weeks. When we were ready, I called Linda Radue who happened to be on her day off but she came in anyway to work with us. She was very patient as we spent hours taking our time evaluating the option packages and relative value of each trim level. There was absolutely no pressure. After we got the deal done she was still there to walk us through all the options and set up on the vehicle. All on her day off. On the finance side Jacque Gadient was very thorough going through the warranties, and extra options without being at all pushy. She was very friendly and easy to work with. We couldn't be happier about how the buying experience went. And as previous VW owners we are pretty sure we will also be happy with the vehicle. More

In the past I've dealt with pushy sales people and the back and forth with their Sales Managers that is just intolerable. My experience yesterday at Luther Burnsville Volkswagen was a dream! When I pulled into their lot, I said to my husband "Please just let us find a nice salesperson." My dream came true! Coming into the dealership, I already knew which pre-owned vehicle I was interested in and the price that they had it listed for. A salesperson approached us, asked if we were being helped and walked us over to his desk. His name was Jared Frantz and we HIGHLY recommend him. He was friendly, sincere, not pushy in any way and valued our time. The car we were interested in was available so we took it for a test drive, along with his intern Kayla, who was very professional and friendly. I was very interested in the pre-owned vehicle but it was basically going to come down to how much they were going to offer me for my 2000 Beetle trade-in and my husband and I were very pleasantly surprised to find that they were going to offer us a better trade-in price than we had even hoped for! There was no back and forth or feeling like we were being pressured. The whole experience yesterday was unbelievable, really. They value their time as well as their customer's and don't waste time haggling. This is wonderful!! Now if all dealers could just figure that out... We would highly recommend LBV. I have been coming there for over 14 years for service and they are top notch. If you need a salesperson, Jared Frantz is your guy! Professional, courteous, and SINCERE!! We arrived just before closing for a test drive, but that did not make any difference to her. She made it seem like we had all day, and we drove a few different vehicles. check your wheels for scratches before and after…take photos I just read the review about the scratch on the rear wheel some one had. I also found a scratch on my wheel when I went to pick up my car. I had put air in the tire on the way to the dealer and saw no scratch. After service Big scratch! The dealer paid to paint it but could not figure out how it happened. They rotated the tires on only one side of the car and washed the wheels on only one side of the car. I did not ask for a tire rotation…Very odd More
