I cannot believe that I'm only allowed to rate my experience up to number 5. It should be 100!!! Linda Radue was absolutely wonderful to purchase my Tiguan from. As soon as I walked in the door she was answering every question that I could possibly have, and after negotiating the trade in value of my truck and the price of the vehicle, I left the dealership owning a higher end model at a more affordable rate!!! Linda was more than helpful and also extremely patient as I test drove and re-test drove 3 different Tiguans. Even after purchasing my vehicle I continue to receive phone calls and letters just to see how I'm doing and how I still like my VW. The customer service goes above and beyond anything I've ever experienced. They do not treat you like a customer at this dealership. Nope. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY!!!!!! More

On December 31st in the early afternoon, my Volkswagen CC showed a Engine problem code. I did not have an appointment and met with Brad Knudson to explain my service problem. Brad arrived to share the need for a warranty repair that needed to be done on January 2nd. Linda quickly arranged for a loaner car and sent me home to my family. I returned on the 2nd only to be greeted by both Brad and Linda. While Brand was explaining the details of my repair, Linda made arrangements for my car to be brought up to the front door and warmed up. It was 2 below zero! We were very impressed with our experience with Linda. We were looking for a new VW Passat with 4 Motion like we had but were informed that that was no longer an option with a Passat.
