Where to begin ... We have bought 3 Volkswagon's from Linda in the past several years and can't ever see dealing with anyone else! The service department treats myself and my wife with a great deal of respect no matter what our concerns are ... they are patient with us over minor issues and always follow up to make sure our needs have been met. Let's get back to Linda ... We always look forward to seeing Linda when we bring a car in for maintenance ... she always asks us about our vehicles and our service and, although, we have never had any issues we are confident that Linda would do what she could to resolve any problems that would arise.
