He gave me the necessary help to find an insurance company and the information bout how to proceed in registering mynew car and get the license plates. When I picked up my car, he was helpful and introduced me to Tom Walsh, who would do the paper work. Tom was friendly but did not explain much aboutthe paper work. He needed a lot of signatures, for me it was not Always clear what the papers were meant for, so I did ask, but he could have explained, especially since I'm not used to US manners. Anyway, Im now th of a Volkswagen Tiguan and it behaves exactly as Grant told me 24 miles per liter on the highway! More

Linda was FANTASTIC !! By the time I drove my VW EOS off the lot, I knew what each button did, what each switch did, how the accessories worked ! She even set up my Bluetooth ! When one of the accessories wasn't working to full potential, she even had me drive into the service area to be looked at, and set up a service appointment so I could get it fixed! I think she actually spent more time with me going over everything AFTER the sale, then before! I had a wonderful experience with the dealer with the sales, financing & service departments.
