I do have a dealer closer to my home, but they deal with several brands and I don't feel as valued when I go into that dealership, which ironically is in a smaller city. I like that Burnsville is a specialized dealership, and that they noticeably try to make sales and service a pleasureable experience. More

I had been searching for dealerships and was referred to Luther Burnsville by a co-worker and specifically referred to Linda Radue. When we pulled into the dealership the car I was interested in was pulled up to the door and we were greeted by a very warm staff. Linda introduced her self and from that point on I knew that I had come to the right place and sitting in stop and go traffic for an hour or more was well worth it. Linda was eager to get us out for a test drive and I could hardly contain my enthusiasm to get behind the wheel. We tooled around for 20 minutes or so and during that time Linda explained in detail about some of the key aspects of the GTI, we shared personal stories about having VW's in the past and had a very nice time. When we got back to the dealership we were more than eager to get the paperwork rolling for getting the car. The whole process was extremely stressfree and very pleasant. While the car was getting detailed we were finishing up on the other details. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the dealership and the professionalism of everyone we encountered. When we were ready to go Linda took the time to help us out with setting up the Bluetooth and understanding some of the other technical details of the car. The couple hours we were at the dealership flew by and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend Luther Burnsville VW to anyone looking for a stressfree car buying experience. My husband and I found the car online and drove up to go look at it. We drove around the lot and couldn't find it. I went in and asked and that's when I found Linda. She did some digging to find out that it went back to the person they send all their cars to get some cosmetic work done. She offered to drive us up there so we could look at it since we drove 45 minutes to come see it. The bumper had already been taped off to be repainted and they took that off so we could test drive it. Linda was great and thru our entire car shopping experience at all the dealerships we went to she was by far the most friendly one. After test driving it and go back to the dealership she wasn't pushy on getting us to buy the car that night. We put a hold on it for 24 hours and told us to think about it and call back the next day. In the mean time they finished the work and even fixed a few door dings. We went and got the car the next day and they were all just as friendly as when we were just looking. She didn't seem like she was in a hurry to get us out of there so she could sell another one like most sales people do. She chatted with us and walked us out to the car where her and her husband made sure everything was okay. I was the one driving the car home and I was ready to go but her and her husband (who also works there) were all still chatting with my husband. I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs to buy a car if possible buy them from Linda. She even called us a few days later to make sure everything was going good and to see if we had any problems. More
