Having relocated from the U.S. Virgin Islands, I was concerned about getting a vehicle with navigation (learning the area), cold package (don't know about driving in snow...yet), safety and style. We visited BMW, Acura, Jeep and other dealers, but found that they were trying to put me in vehicles that they wanted. I did not feel that they LISTENED to me and considered my needs. Jared and Jacque LISTENED and worked patiently with me to get what me and my family needed. Even after the sale, Jared continues to check up on us and we feel like he is a new friend we have found in Minnesota. Our relocation has been much more enjoyable because of the VW team. Thank you! I had owned a couple of Volkswagen's in the past and my wife has always been interested in the Jetta or Passat. We went online at Costco to see about which dealer we would need to meet with in order to buy a Volkswagen. Mike Barkalow, from Luther Volkswagen in Burnsville called me back within 5 minutes, by far the quickest response we had received. We met with Mike and then because our schedules didn't match up, we finished our deal with Linda Radue. Both of them were very helpful. This was a great dealership for me because there was no pressure and I did not feel like there was any game playing in the process. Once I decided on the specifications I wanted in my new car, Wayne worke pressure and I did not feel like there was any game playing in the process. Once I decided on the specifications I wanted in my new car, Wayne worked to find the exact car I wanted. I was so happy that I did not have to compromise in color, or amenities, and I was able to get manual transmission. This was not a very common combination, but Wayne found it and he did not use that against me in the price or in my trade in value. Also, the financing guy made the standard offers but was not pushy when I declined them (extended warranty, paint protection, windshield protection). One more thing --- the financing was a very low rate! More
