Once again the sevice was awesome! I brought my Beetle in for the 10,000 mile maintenancde check. The tires were rotated, tire pressure checked, oil changed and the airconditioner was reset due to a pres in for the 10,000 mile maintenancde check. I dropped off my car in the a.m. and picked it up a few hours later completely satisfied!! Thank you VW... :) I Love My Beetle!! More

Linda was one of the warmest, most genuine people I have ever encountered in the car sales arena. We actually left a competing dealership, not because we didn't like the vehicles or the pricing, but because ever encountered in the car sales arena. We actually left a competing dealership, not because we didn't like the vehicles or the pricing, but because the customer service paled in comparison to Luther Burnsville, specifically that of Linda Radue. From the moment we arrived at Luther, I knew we were in good hands. She is confident, knows these automobiles and cost breakdowns inside and out, and goes out of her way to take care of her customer. She felt more like a friend than someone selling me a car. She reminded me several times to call her if I needed anything, and I look forward to working with her again in the future. We also encountered Jay Radue, Garry Erickson, and Tom during our visit - all very professional yet laid back, humorous, and ultimately impressive individuals. Linda was extremely helpful and friendly! I was coming out of a lease and was looking for a car to purchase. I told her what I was looking to spend and she found an amazing used car that fit my budget. out of a lease and was looking for a car to purchase. The car I purchased was being held by another customer, When they withdrew their deposit Linda called me within a matter of 15 minutes to inform me of the change. Today (15 July 2013) is the 5th time I've been to Luther Burnsville VW for service. (I go every 10K miles and I have 50K miles on my 2011 Jetta TDI). I get excellent service every time. There is Luther Burnsville VW for service. (I go every 10K miles and I have 50K miles on my 2011 Jetta TDI). I get excellent service every time. There is no problem getting an appointment. When I arrive, I am promptly greeted by a knowledgeable person who outlines what needs to be done plus listens to any concern I might have. Then I go to the waiting area which is clean, bright and has current magazines, newspapers and snacks including cold bottled water. After a while, a service representative advises the work progress and when the work is complete, he/she explains what has been done and advises what to expect on the the next 10K mile service. When I get into the car again, I see that it has been vacuumed and washed. I am confident that the work has been done correctly. I have not had a single problem with the car. More
