We just bought our third car from Mark and from Luther Burnsville VW. Mark does a fantastic job of showing you/teaching you the features of the car, without a high-pressure sales push. And he has an amazing memory for his customers... we bought our first cars there 3 years ago and he always stops by to say hello when we're in for our regular service and remembers our names. We test drove cars at several other places before buying our latest car... and not only were the cars not as well made, but the sales staff wasn't as knowledgeable, friendly, or helpful. All the staff there, from the service to the sales floor are professional, friendly, and helpful. I really like the new "fair pricing" too... we got a great deal and didn't have to haggle... they made us feel like we were valued customers and not just checkbooks. And Mark's customer service doesn't end with the sale... he made sure to go over many of the special features of the car, gave us his cell phone if we have questions, and they are having a new owner reception later this month if we want more help figuring the new car out. I would definitely recommend this dealer -- for both sales and service. The only problem with getting our cars serviced here is it leaves more time to drool over the newest models! More

Linda was professional, honest, kind and knowlegable. I had been to several other dealerships, including other VW locations and did not receive very good service. We had a great car buying experience here with Lisa Calhoun. We had not driven any VWs before and she brought up every car for us to try. In the end we got a Jetta TDI sports wagon and had the color we wanted sent to the dealership the next day. We were provided a loaner no hassle so it could get its stain prevention treatment and 3M clear shield. I would recommend this dealership to anyone for a great car buying experience. More

She was very upfront and showed concern for me as a valued customer. The facilities are great! They offered to drive us to the mall if we wanted to run some errands. They have a great waiting area with large screen TVs, free WiFi and a children's room with DirecTV. They have water and other beverages available while you wait. Service was a breeze. More
