I was told at a local tire/auto shop that the tpms sensor on my tire was bad along with the valve stem or core. $200 and they didnt have the item in stock. At that price and with that inconvenience I deci on my tire was bad along with the valve stem or core. $200 and they didnt have the item in stock. At that price and with that inconvenience I decided to call the dealer even though they were in another town. They checked it out tightened the valve stems and found the nail causing the slow depressurization of the tire. $25 and a car wash. Thanks Burnsvile Volkswagon and I'm glad you made the effort to check out tire and I'm glad I drove down. More

Ryan Thiesen was very helpful in the purchasing of my vehicle and continues to help my family as they make their car purchases. Kevin Stimple was able to find me a better financing deal on my new car which saved me money at the dealer and will save me money as I make payments. Overall my experience at Luther VW in Burnsville was exceptional. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used car and looking to trade in. The sales experience was alright. Grant and Steve were very good about getting back and answering any questions. Jeff was very helpful in the loan process. There was a little issue getting the registration process completed and delivered on time mainly due to being from out of state. The problems have been with the condition of the vehicle. I trusted that a dealership would recondition a vehicle prpoerly before being sold. The front and rear bumper covers were repainted. They were not taken off to be repainted so there are several area of paint overspar on lights, fenders, etc. The rear bumper cover has runs int he paint. The right front fender has a small spot with no paint on it at all so that may have been repainted as well. The right mirror has a dent in it. The left front fender to door gap is off and there is wind noise when traveling at higher speeds. I am afraid that this vehicle has been damaged and not reported or repaired to like new condition. The wiper arm caps over the bolts were missing. The rubber mat in the bottom of the compartments were missing. The tire pressure managment system was not reading correctly. There was no owners manual. I saw a few of smaller items when I bought the vehicle but let them go because of the price. Having the paint issues fixed will eliniate any savings that I thought I was getting. I asked several times before I made the trip to look at the vehicle on the condition and was told it was like new. You should feel good and excited about your purchase. Every time I wash my like new SUV I feel sick about someday having to pay for the repairs to put the vehicle in the condition that I was told it was in. More
