We had a great car buying experience here with Lisa Calhoun. We had not driven any VWs before and she brought up every car for us to try. In the end we got a Jetta TDI sports wagon and had the color we wanted sent to the dealership the next day. They have a great waiting area with large screen TVs, free WiFi and a children's room with DirecTV. They have water and other beverages available while you wait. Service was a breeze. More

I had the 3M clear shield treatment done and had special requests that they fulfilled without hesitation. i also had the splash guards installed and they look great. All the people that i dealt with at the dealership were friendly and generally looked happy. My overall experience was very good for a first time new car buyer. I will be recommending Burnsville to others, and when i decide to get a new car again i will buy it from them. More
