The experience over all was wonderful, no pressure, only the desire to please us. (we needed just a little time to step back and pause for a moment to confirm our decision...) Rich gave us that and told us to take our time, no pressure...it was a no brainer of coarse...we wanted the car, it was a great value. He made us feel like an old friend...and he did indeed become our friend. The finance man was great too...courteous and thorough..and made it a painless process.
