I told Steve that he was the reason we came back, and I meant it 100%. Of course we love the cars, but the service has also been just top notch. Service technician Sandie Fuller is another reason we returned. Again, another just first class person, so knowledgeable and experienced too. I used to view a trip for service to a dealership as something akin to a trip to the dentist, with hours spent sitting in a greasy, dirty waiting room sipping old coffee. Not here. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, with wi-fi, drinks and cookies provided free. And honestly, I never feel I have been overcharged or am paying for anything that is unnecessary. Met Steve for the first time when my wife and I where looking for a Used Tiguan. I have purchased several cars over the years This is the first time I have not recieved a full tank of gas on a vehicle I looking for a Used Tiguan. I have purchased several cars over the years This is the first time I have not recieved a full tank of gas on a vehicle I have puschased. The Tiguan we purchased was not Cleaned for pickup as I have previously seen on other purchase's, and had to place my 21 day permit myself. The whole process took 2 - 2.5 hours which was wonderfull the quickest I have seen. Steve was helpfull, friendly, great, and was not a problem what so ever. Just seems the process to pick up the car was rushed. More
