We initially contacted Burnville Volkswagen for help in finding a used GTI. Linda Radue was helpful in trying to find a good used vehicle, but was also helpful in showing how it could be beneficial to buy finding a used GTI. Linda Radue was helpful in trying to find a good used vehicle, but was also helpful in showing how it could be beneficial to buy a new car, as another option. We ultimately purchased a 2012 GTI. Linda was prompt in returning phone calls and making us feel comfortable. We completed most of the paperwork online, so we could just show up and finalize the sale with the finance manager, who was also very good. Linda followed up after the sale with a letter and thank you card, and offered her assistance in any way we needed after the sale. I have purchased a lot of cars over the years, and this was one of my best experiences with a sales person and a dealership. I have never purchased a VW before, but I would strongly recommend Burnsville VW and Linda Radue. She is a very nice person and knowledgeable about the vehicle and the service. More

I visited 3 of the 4 local VW dealers looking at a new TDI. 2 were not helpful and the sales staff (and even sales managers) were not considerate of my needs. I then visited Burnsville VW, where I get all my vw parts. Jared was extremely helpful explaining anything we needed or showing us how to operate anything. The car with the options we wanted was not in stock and he went out of his way even staying late to find one in the state. They ended up finding the one we wanted and we took delivery 2 days later. I would recommend Burnsville VW and Jared in specific to anyone who wants a no hassle staff to buy a car. Their prices are very well priced in comparison to the other dealers we checked. More

Jared was great in helping me purchase my first brand new Jetta. He walked me through the entire process and wasn't pushy on adding extra features. Our first experience purchasing a VW was first rate from start to finish. The dealership is very clean, very well appointed and well maintained and simply made for a comfortable experience. More importantly, our salesperson, Jared Frantz, was fantastic. His knowledge of the vehicles was thorough and he did a wonderful job in explaining the differences between them and the pros and cons of each as they related to our circumstance. As we went through the decision making process, Jared couldn't have been more accommodating. Due to our schedule, he met with my wife and I on separate occasions, arranged for me to be picked up at a dealer on the other side of town in order that I could turn in my former car and then drive off with the new one, and met with us yet again on another date to give us the "tutorial" of our new VW. I don't recall a time when he was not available, even on his scheduled days off. The car was prepped and ready in just a matter of two hours, complete with license plates. I have purchased or leased a dozen vehicles over the years and honestly would rate my experience with Jared at the top. More
