Jared was very professional, I called to ask about a used car that I saw on their website and Jared gave me all the details, asked if I'd like to come in, met me at the door, offered a cool drink, brought th car that I saw on their website and Jared gave me all the details, asked if I'd like to come in, met me at the door, offered a cool drink, brought the car up to the front door, asked if I'd like to either have him go along for a test drive or if I'd rather go alone. The car was what I was looking for but it had not been through it's LUTHER inspection, so Jared said that he would get it looked at and anything that needed attention would be taken care of. Jared followed up with a question on if I would like to talk to his finance people. As soon as the car was ready Jared called me, we set up a time to purchase the car and he was right there with all the paperwork and details completed. I went to the Finance Dept. where we went through the process of finding and closing on a loan in no time flat. Keys in hand I left with a very clean, trouble free car that was also topped off with a tank of gas! Two days later Jared called with a follow-up to see if I was pleased with my purchase and if there was anything else that he could do for me. Perfect! More
