Jeremy always takes the extra step. I came in with a few coupons and he was able to make all of them work even though I was grateful if one worked. That extra step made my day. I met Steve Kahn when my 2006 Passat was in for service. I knew I'd be handing that car down to my kids soon so he helped me in my search for a new car. He was just so patient and likeable through the whole process (my husband and I came back three times to decide on the "perfect" vehicle for us). When we finally decided, Steve stayed late after the dealership closed to help finalize paperwork for us so we could take our car home that night. He made sure I understood how to use my wonderful new car and I drove away feeling that I'd made the right choice for a vehicle (Tiguan! I love it!) and that I'd made a new friend.
