To be honest, I've never liked car sales people. They've always been too pushy for me. John wasn't like that...he gave us the necessary information, was very helpful as to what financing would look like, t always been too pushy for me. He appeared to have our best interest at the forefront of making a sale that would, of course, benefit him. We are long time Volkswagen fans, so we knew coming into the point of sale what we wanted. It was nice to see that John was knowledgeable about the product and was very willing to help us out with any and all our questions. As we were leaving, he was also willing to help us out if we needed servicing of the vehicle...all we had to do was call him. I liked that. She worked hard to ensure every last detail was precisely as I had hoped. I need to mention that I work across the street from another VW dealership that is less than 2 miles from our residence and did not consider them for a nanosecond. We happily drove much further to buy at Burnsville VW. That speaks volumes of my disappointment with West Side VW and our appreciation for Burnsville VW.
