We weren't pressured and even though this was one of the coldest days of the year, were kept warm and had adequate time to view vehicles in the warmth of the showroom. We got a better financing deal from VW Credit than our Credit Union offered. Closing on the car was quick and they gave us a ride to return our rental vehicle on time. Travis gave us great instructions on our new (to us) SUV and subsequently helped us with other small details. More
