Great work on the car, only giving 4 stars because had difficulty contacting them to inquire if/when it was done. Called the main line multiple times, would get transferred to service, no answer, voicemai difficulty contacting them to inquire if/when it was done. Called the main line multiple times, would get transferred to service, no answer, voicemail, no callback. Apparently auto alert texting system was down, not sure if this affected voice as well. Did not want to go until we knew it was done because weather was terrible. Ended up just going after hours, it was done, service dept was closed. One of the sales people was extremely helpful getting me my car back. More

Nice area to relax. Patrick was great to look up what was covered for service on my vehicle and get me set up with a ride. Your driver that took me to my destination was also very nice, drive well and pleasant conversation. Whe on my vehicle and get me set up with a ride. When my vehicle was done the regular drivers were out and they sent another staff to pick me up so I wouldn’t be waiting, so thoughtful. Only thing they could have done better would be to have the vehicle parked near the service door when done instead of looking for it. Over all very pleased with their service. More

I had an issue with my 2021 truck and Paul and the Technicians were very responsive and helpful in diagnosing the problem and quickly repairing the issue. Although I am disappointed with GMC in having Technicians were very responsive and helpful in diagnosing the problem and quickly repairing the issue. Although I am disappointed with GMC in having a warranty issue at 13,000 miles, I appreciate the staff that was understanding and professional in handling the issue. More
