The technical work was done well. I’m less impressed with the tire rotation as they didn’t bother checking the tire pressure leaving my upgraded 250 (air bag suspension to increase to I’m less impressed with the tire rotation as they didn’t bother checking the tire pressure leaving my upgraded 250 (air bag suspension to increase tow capacity) with 70 psi drive tires and 90 psi steer tires. Glad I checked before hauling a heavy load! Also, I had specifically asked about a recall FIXD scanner alerted me of and it was not addressed and no reason was given as to why or why not. That part gave it “tech looking it over on a Friday at 4pm” kind of feel but I don’t hold the establishment accountable for the mishap as it’s the first time I’ve experienced a less than par exchange.
