Brought my vehicle in to get window and door fixed. Was charged for a window switch when it was just a broken wire. The door alignment was better but still only closed properly half the time. Brough More

Good Afternoon Ian, It is my understanding that you were given a credit to the bill for the wiring repair and that we have revisited the door adjustment at no charge. Ryan and the technician were trying to convey that if you still are not satisfied with the door operation they would recommend having it addressed at a body shop because they have done everything they can to attempt to resolve it. I operated the door myself multiple times and I felt it was operating the same as other transit doors. Please reach out in person if the second door adjustment is not satisfactory and we can discuss how to resolve it. Have a great holiday weekend!

We always allow customers to drop off vehicles to be worked in for emergency repairs as we get cancellations etc. I would love to see what we could do to get you in sooner.
