Temi was awesome! I called and asked to speak with someone about a new Honda Fit, because my husband loves his 2016 Fit. I was ready to trade in my 2011 Accord and get I called and asked to speak with someone about a new Honda Fit, because my husband loves his 2016 Fit. I was ready to trade in my 2011 Accord and get better fuel economy, so we knew that we wanted another Fit. Also, we recently discovered that it is possible to put two bicycles inside a Fit, which was quite a surprise! (You do need to remove the front wheel on one bike). After speaking with Temi on the phone, we made an appointment with him. We explained what we wanted, and Temi explained our options. He had us test-drive a new Fit, and took time to explain ALL of its features thoroughly. We told Temi that we were not interested in any "hard-sell" tactics, or any extended warranties, etc. He was concise and respectful, and even told the finance person that we would not be interested in the "extra" options offered. We were impressed with Temi from start to finish, and have never had a better experience with a car sales person. Buying a car is not "fun" for us, and Temi made it as enjoyable as possible - we would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a vehicle at Hopkins Honda! More

Early buy out of current lease and new 3 year lease I made an appointment to meet someone in sales in response to an early lease buyout offer I had received. Once I decided to go ahead, he gathered the information on the available Accords, explained the new features and took me for a test drive. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and patiently answered all of my questions. He took all the time I needed and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He gathered all of my financial information assuring that my meeting with the finance rep went quickly and smoothly. I appreciated being directed to the online videos that explained all of the features. They are very well done, with short, clear explanations. When I came in a few days later to make the vehicle exchange, everything was set to go. Temi took time with me in the vehicle to go over all of the features again and answer my questions.
