I had called the department and luckily for me, got Sarah on the phone. She took more than 15 minutes to talk to me and give me advice on servicing a 2016 Honda crv. I did a tire rotation, rear diff fluid, oil change, new front wipers and a few air filters. She got me in for service on a Saturday at 8am literally only one days notice! She was super kind when I got there as well, called me a few times to give me updates and a few text messages too. Even after the deal, she wrote me and asked if everything was going ok with the vehicle! It's hard to get that level of support from your car dealer service department anywhere else in this town. I can't recommend Hopkins Honda enough- and specifically Sarah. More

Sarah worked tirelessly for me. I just had some brake work done and I’m not completely satisfied. When I use the brakes the travel is too much before the brakes start working. I think the mechanic was probably rushed and didn’t bleed the brakes properly. Otherwise my experience was really good with Sarah . More
