I haven't had to negotiate price in a long time and wish all dealers subscribed to the bottom line price right off that bat, but until that is true, I recommend doing your research to know what is fair and working with someone (like Kostas) who respects that. I initially spoke with Bonnie a few weeks ago about purchasing a 2 door civic. The color I wanted wasn’t at dealership, so Bonnie located one to be delivered the following week. Over the weekend, I decided I was going to wait to buy a vehicle as I recently paid off my car, and didn’t want payments. I texted Bonnie to explain where I was coming from, and she was wonderful. A few weeks passed, I decided I wanted to lease, so I contacted Bonnie to set a time to test drive. I went in on a Saturday with the warmest greeting from Bonnie who took through the process of selling my car to dealership and leasing my new Honda CRV which I LOVE!! Nick, in finance, was thorough, efficient and very nice to talk with during the process of paperwork that goes with leasing a new vehicle. I will refer all of my friends, family members and whoever I speak with who is looking at buying/leasing a vehicle to see Bonnie and Nick.
