Excellent purchase experience over the internet When I decided to buy a Honda Civic Type R (a limited production car) I contacted a lot of dealerships that claimed to have one available. Most did no When I decided to buy a Honda Civic Type R (a limited production car) I contacted a lot of dealerships that claimed to have one available. Most did not actually have one but, instead, were advertising one they had "coming soon' and were unable to actually say when they would have one available. While some others did have the car but were asking as much as $10,000 over MSRP. Luther Hopkins Honda was selling the car at MSRP. I live over five hours from the dealership so I had to make sure of a lot of things before driving that far to purchase a car. Natasha was very cooperative and answered all of my questions about the car. She was easy to work with and acted as my single point of contact at the dealership so that I could set up the sale, financing, and parts (winter tires and wheels). I rented a car one way to pick up my new car and Natasha even assisted me in getting that car to the rental outlet in Hopkins. More

Kostas showed us the CR-V and gave us reasons why many people seem to choose it over other types of SUVs out there. He also gave us the info on each type of trim, and how they vary in price. It really set us up for narrowing our vehicle search. There was no pressure to come in and buy until we were ready. Kostas was able to find the vehicle that met all of our needs and wants, and it was within out budget. Kostas even stayed two hours past his original shift to work with us on our schedule. I know it is sort of expected that a dealership do that, but he missed dinner at home to make sure we got the vehicle that we wanted to buy. He also stayed when we were driving the vehicle off the lot to make sure we knew how to adjust seats, mirrors, safety technology, etc. We are very happy with our service and would recommend them to people looking to buy a Honda. More
