To make things Just leased my third Honda CRV from Hopkins. Sue, Len and the crew did a wonderful job putting us into a new 2018 to replace our 2016. To make things even better, they sold my 2016 to our daughter and family. They have a small town dealer attitude in a very big urban area and make you feel like family when you stop in. Highly recommended. More

Great Last Minute Help! For about 3 months we were researching / looking for a new van to replace an 05 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT (of which we were the original owners). With t For about 3 months we were researching / looking for a new van to replace an 05 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT (of which we were the original owners). With the age of our kids we knew that we had one more van before our kids would be off to college. Once we decided on the 2018 Odyssey, we actually started working with another Honda dealership. That sales rep was very kind and helpful but did not have the exact vehicle we wanted and was not able to work out a swap with any of the other local dealerships (within the timeframe that we needed). I gave Natasha a call to see if Hopkins had the vehicle in stock and sure enough they did! I called her well after hours on a Tuesday evening and before noon the next day Natasha helped us close a deal. Despite navigating a personal challenge that evening, she patiently handled us with care and was eager to help us with exactly what we wanted. Natasha, as well as the gentlemen who finalized our financing, was great to work with. While it is a clearly a goal to "close a deal" we never felt like we were just another prospect. Without question I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy! More

I appreciated the amount of time spent educating me on the capability of the vehicle and different options. Very impressed with Bonnie's knowledge of the vehicle. In short Bonnie gave me a ton of information so I could make an informed decision vs. just selling a vehicle. More

Kosta found us the truck we were looking for and did a great job communicating with us during the process. Kosta made no effort to try and sell us a truck with colors and options we did not want. When we picked up the truck, Kosta gave us a great overview of the Honda Link. We felt he was very knowledgeable with all the feature of the truck. More
