After a brief wait to schedule an appointment I was able to get my vehicle in within 3 hours of calling (with the help of the salesman who even sold me the vehicle) and had the problem diagnosed with parts on the way in as little as an hour and a half after getting it in. I was given a nice loaner to use with little expense to me and had my vehicle back witihin 24 hours of getting it in. Everyone was helpful and friendly on the way! Thank you! More

I told Shawn I was interested in finding a used car for $20K or less, with low miles, and also wanted heated seats, and a moon roof. After a few test drives he was able to fill my order with exactly what I was looking for! Mike Crea worked hard to find me a great rate for financing. All and all it was a great experience. On my way out I was able to spin the "wheel" and won $100 in free gas. I haven't received the gas card yet, but was told I would receive it in the mail within a few weeks. More

We had a very specific vehicle in mind we were looking for (FWD, 2011 or newer Kia Sorento with under 30,000 miles). We went to 4 dealerships looking for what we wanted in our price range before we found for (FWD, 2011 or newer Kia Sorento with under 30,000 miles). We went to 4 dealerships looking for what we wanted in our price range before we found ourselves at Luther Bloomington Kia. I pulled in and their lot appeared smaller and was concerned we were not going to find what we wanted here either. To our suprise, they very quickly searched their inventory and was able to show us stats and pictures of the vehicles they had we were looking for. One in particular stood out to us immediately and we went for a test drive. Customer Service was great and timely. They were also able to show me the CarFax report that I requested quickly. I had been planning to do a private sale of my current vehicle as I was skeptical any dealer was going to actually give me what I thought it was worth so I hadn't cleaned or prepped it for a trade in. They offered to give us a free quote on what they would give it's trade in value at so out of curiosity I agreed. I was surprised to find that I was very satisfied with the amount they agreed to (Very Fair). While it was still less than I probably could have made on a private sale they provided a gas gift card as well as a $250 credit to use at any Luther Dealer (Can be used on regular maintenance) and when I coupled that with the money I was saving on sales tax it made it worth it to me. My only comment in regards to improving service was how long it took for us to process the paperwork and leave with our new vehicle. We arrived around 12:30 and by 1:30-2:00 we had chosen our new vehicle and agreed on a trade in price for our old one. However, we did have to wait for 1.5-2 hours to do our paperwork and leave. We didn't get to leave until after 4pm. In their defense, it was a busy Saturday and we hadn't made an appointment. However, it would have been nice to get in and out of there more quickly. They did provide water and a comfortable sitting area with cable TV while we waited. More

The Sorento I purchased was already parked up front and ready to take for a test drive. Shari was very patient, attentive, pleasant to work with, and not pushy. She made me feel comfortable and at ease while making such a big purchase. The Luther Kia experience was amazing from beginning to end! Buying a car and having another loan is not my idea of fun. I never liked the process and the old stereotype "let's get you into this car today!" mentality that you can be sometimes subjected to at a deal fun. Jim Loney was informative and helpful and the best part he was funny and personable. It was a busy day and when we decided to indeed purchase the vehicle we had to wait for the finance manager. He kept us informed on the progress and entertained. It was not an overly long wait and Brad worked hard to make sure we had the best rates and terms to fit our needs and wants. They called me the next week to make sure everything was okay and we were having no issues or problems. Overall it was really a good experience. More

I recently purchased a 2011 CRV from Luther Bloomington Kia. This was by far the best buying experience that I've ever had with purchasing anything, let alone a car. My wife and I worked with salesman Chri Kia. This was by far the best buying experience that I've ever had with purchasing anything, let alone a car. My wife and I worked with salesman Chris, who was down to Earth and real, he wasn't the typical salesman who gives the cliche statements to all questions, and if he didn't know they answer he asked one of the managers, he didn't lie to make it seem he knows everything. That's the kind of honesty I expect when buying a car!!! Everyone reading this review, ask for Chris, you will not be disappointed. Next, we worked with Mike in Finance. He was also very down to Earth and an honest man. Although we did not finance with them, he managed to get me a great warranty at a great price. As I said, this was the best time I've ever had making a purchase. Get over to Luther Kia of Bloomington and check out what they have and definitely ask to work with Chris and Mike!! More
