To sum it up: From the minute I initially spoke w/ Shari Borlaug over the phone regarding my potential interest of coming in for a test drive (after submitting a 'test drive' request online the night before Borlaug over the phone regarding my potential interest of coming in for a test drive (after submitting a 'test drive' request online the night before - she called me right away the next day), to entering the dealership, to my final 'good-bye' to Jon Krivo -my Sales Consultant- when I left the dealership about a week later in my brand new shiny car, it was a great experience for me -- more than I could have asked for... The environment was pleasant, everyone was kind, and all the people I worked with were wonderful and graciously helpful - and at the end of the day, they offered me a better deal in getting a new car than I could have imagined.... I love my new car (black Kia Forte LX - including the 'popular package'), and I would definitely recommend the car and the Luther Bloomington Kia dealership to anyone - and especially Jon Krivo as their Sales Consultant. I had the best experience at Luther Kia of Bloomington from the minute I walked in the door. My salesman Matt was so helpful, knowledgable & friendly and his no pressure approach was just what I was looki from the minute I walked in the door. My salesman Matt was so helpful, knowledgable & friendly and his no pressure approach was just what I was looking for. Matt was patient and spent plenty of time answering all of my questions & making sure I had a wonderful experience while at the dealership. I shopped a few other dealerships of varying different makes & models but ended up right back at Luther Kia to work with Matt. I have had my new Sportage for almost two weeks now & have nothing but positive things to say about it - it's pretty awesome!!
