It did not let me select the car we purchased but it was a Mazda. My husband and I wanted to get our daughter a "first" car for her birthday. We don't beleive in getting a new car for a new driver. Shari was so helpful before I even came in--just over the phone! When we got there, we drove the Mazda and my daughter fell in love with it! There was a really loud noise coming from the back. We asked if they can fix it and we will buy it once it is fixed. She said probably and they can do it on Monday (we were there on a Friday night around 4pm and they close at 6pm). We left and went to another dealer. While we were at the other dealer Shari called and emailed me to tell me rather than waiting all weekend, she got the car fixed. It was a strut that needed replacing. , We came back first thing Saturday and drove it again, it was all fixed, washed and kept inside from the snow storm for us! It is the little things as much as the big that makes this place one to go to again! I am going to buy my husband a surprise car for his big birthday and I will for sure go back there!! More

I purchased my 2013 Optima in Aug. of 2013. I have over 50,000 miles on the vehicle and have been very happy with the purchase and the 2 service calls I have had. This was our visit for an oil change and they suggested tire rotation and visual of brakes and washed our Kia 2012. Upon arrival we were greeted by Ben, who promptly even though we had showed up 15 minutes earlier than we said we would, got our test drive car ready for us and got us on the road soon after we arrived. He was very easy to work with and made our buying experience very comfortable. This was my fiance's second time working with the Luther dealership and she made the comment to me that this experience for her was better than her first. I would recommend this dealership and Ben to any of my friends. Also would like to note that Adam was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable with the price and the options and made sure that we understood each scenario that was available to us, and even helped us get a better finance deal than we had walking into the door with which was great because we are saving up for a wedding this year.
