My car was serviced in a very timely fashion. By far the best leasing experience I have ever had in the 6 vehicles I have leased. Bayo was great to work with, very knowledgable and no pressure from him what so ever. Told him what I wanted in the Optim 6 vehicles I have leased. Bayo was great to work with, very knowledgable and no pressure from him what so ever. Told him what I wanted in the Optima and he directed right to exactly what trim I wanted. Didn't try to push me into a more expensive trim or upsell features I didn't need or want. The whole staff were great as well. I think almost every salesperson I walked by acknowledged me with a hello even thought they knew I wouldn't be working with them. Finance and sales manager were great as well. Whole process took maybe 2 hours which for me was unheard of in my past leasing experiences. I would highly recommend Luther Bloomington KIA and will definitely going back when I need to lease again. More

I was looking to purchase 2 snow tires for my Kia Soul and he was able to explain that for the short wheel base of the Soul, it was necessary to have 4 verses 2. If I had purchased only 2, the front tires would have gripped the road - but the back would slip around if I was turning a slippery corner. I really appreciated learning about this and he explained it in a clear and concise manner. I did not feel at all that he was trying to "upsell" me - as many dealers do these days. I really appreciated his knowledge and guidance with this. More

It was not even a minute entering the main atrium of the dealership before I was welcomed by the salesman. We got right into something I was looking for to purchase. I was offered a beverage and to the lounge area while some of the paperwork was being approved and submitted. I did notice while those items were being processed Matt had already started helping another customer in need which he must of had been working with previously, but had made sure to continue to update me with the progress and made sure I was not forgot about. He has also since followed up with me along with another customer service rep on my purchase from the dealership. I hope that I do not have to purchase another vehicle soon, but when the time comes I plan on coming back to Luther Kia Thanks More
