This was my first new car purchase. Everyone at this dealership did everything possible to make sure I got everything I wanted in a vehicle and that I understood what was going on with the process. Our experience was over the top. From the moment we walked in James Loney approached us and from that point we looked, we asked questions, he made us feel comfortable with no pressure. James was personable, up front on detailed questions, and from just stopping in to "kick tires", within a few hours we had a deal. A deal within our financial range and we walked away feeling good about our experience. James was awesome. Anyone that can win my husband over with his type of personality, had to work hard at it and James did. We had looked at several places before we stopped in at KIA. "Kicking Tires" as my husband always says. Luther Bloomington KIA won us over. We look forward to working with KIA as we maintain our car. From James, to the financial support team to Samantha in the service department, the personnel at KIA were tops. We are excited about learning about our new car, even if it took us 2 hours to figure out the configuring our garage door and car openers, we are pretty smart, but it took us the website, a few calls to 1800 help and a call to James....we got it :) So life is good. Luther Kia of Bloomington was awesome! We worked with Bayo Mustapha Jr. and he was very friendly and took the time to actually listen to what I wanted and was looking for in a car. My Kia experience has always been outstanding. That said, the post-service review process for a simple oil change is tougher than the service itself. I was told that I would be asked to do an online survey, the post-service review process for a simple oil change is tougher than the service itself. I was told that I would be asked to do an online survey, and should contact the service rep directly if any aspect of the service was less than "10". If the survey is not timely completed, I get follow-up calls from the dealer. Telling the customer that anything but a "10" is a failing grade does not foster honest survey results...a little like saying that my child will be held hostage pending receipt of a favorable review. I feel like I have been tricked. I was sold a warranty that has not cover a single thing in the 9 months I have owned my vehicle. When I asked for more information about my warranty - I was given a piece that has not cover a single thing in the 9 months I have owned my vehicle. When I asked for more information about my warranty - I was given a piece of paper with a phone number circled and told "You could try them" WONDERFUL - thanks for all the information. As a younger car purchaser - I wanted to build a relationship with a dealership and continue servicing and purchasing there for years to come. That will NOT happen here. I understand the warranty may not be something you have complete control over but I think it is essential to properly convey what to expect to a potential buyer. This did not happen in my case. The gentleman that sold it to me said "it's worth every penny it covers almost everything". I am 0-5 so far and have been told I need $400++ in service that won't be covered. Ultimately shame on me for not seeking out more information originally. But lesson learned. And also shame on you. You have F'd a potential lifetime purchaser and referral giver. More

I purchased a brand new 2013 Kia Sorento SX this past November. My first scheduled service at 7,500 miles has been fantastic. The only issue on the vehicle thus far is a small intermittent rattle in th November. My first scheduled service at 7,500 miles has been fantastic. The only issue on the vehicle thus far is a small intermittent rattle in the front dash that the dealer is trying, but having a hard time finding (and it only happens in cold weather, so I'll have to wait until this fall to bring it up again.) A couple of other nits (including washer rust around the bumper insert found only on the SX) are being fixed at no cost to me under warranty. Other than that, I'm very pleased so far with the support for my new vehicle and time will tell how well this holds up as the vehicle gets older... and the warranty expires "down the road" (pun intended.) More
Was looking for a used car with low miles and a good price. I had been looking all week with no luck. I had stopped by the dealer the weekend before and seen a couple of nice used cars. Stopped later in the week and found the perfect car. Unfortunately, it was not available for a test drive, but Jamie (James Osmondson) double checked and the part had arrived earlier in the day and he was able to arrange the test drive that evening. Jamie was great to work with, professional, no pressure, a wealth of information, and was able to answer all of our questions. He worked with us that evening to get the paper work put together and even showed up the following day, on his day off, to make sure that everything went smoothly. Great customer service! I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

She made everything sound so simple over the phone and eased my mind. Then Jim Johnston, Sales Consultant, greeted me as I was stepping outside my car. He told me Teresa had informed him I was coming and he had the car I requested parked in the front! Jim made me feel very comfortable with his at-ease personality and not once made any comment about being a female attempting to find a vehicle. Last but not least, Don Daniels, Car Manager, already had all of the financial documents ready for my signature. He took his time and explained all of them to me.
