I have found that I can truly TRUST them to not push un-needed work just to make an extra buck. It's so important to find an honest service center these days. I put them against two other dealerships/service centers to the test and these guys won hands down. The other two service places wanted to do a bunch of work on my Kia Soul that wasn't yet needed for over 20K+ more miles. Plus, they are open wicked late hours for those of us who can't be without our vehicles during the work day. I need to drive a little farther for service but it's worth the distance. More

Pat Theisen met us in the lot and was friendly and listened to what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. He searched out vehicles that were within our financial range with the features we wanted. We instantly fell in love with the first car we drove, an alien green 2011 Kia Soul with only 60,000 miles, and it was well within our budget. The business office was also excellent in meeting our needs and handling a very large load quickly and professionally. I don't think we were there for more than 2 hours from the time we first spoke to Pat to the time that we left in our new vehicle, and this was on a busy last Saturday of the month. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service. More

Happy optima owners....again. Back in july of 2014 we came here and bought our first Kia optima, a 2011. Unfortunately in January 2015 we were rear ended and our optima was totaled Back in july of 2014 we came here and bought our first Kia optima, a 2011. Unfortunately in January 2015 we were rear ended and our optima was totaled as a total loss. We called Jeff Kessler back and told him what had happened. He got us into a 2012 Kia optima the next day. With the help of the whole Luther team they had us back into another beautiful optima shortly after the accident. I recommend any one looking for a new vehicle to go see them. It has been a great experience both times and have no doubt we will be going back. Thanks again Jeff Kessler, you are great to work with. More

We did the test drive and then started the process to lease. The terms of the lease were exactly what JP had told us before we arrived.
