Employees at Luther Nissan Kia I bought a great truck from this dealer i haven't had any problems with it after 3,500 miles. But the day i bought it i realized later in the day that i left my sunglasses(kind of expensive pair) in my Jeep i traded in, I called the salesman that sold me my truck(which he told me to do if i had any questions or concerns) and I left him a voicemail and he failed to ever return my call. The day I brought my truck in for the complimentary oil change at 6:59am(7am appointment) me and the woman next to me at the 2 service doors waited until 7:05 when one of the techs finally left the group conversation they were all having inside to come open the doors. It doesn't seem like a big deal to most people but thats why people schedule appointments so early because they're busy and have to be on their way. More
