Wrong Dealership, Right Timing On Friday, June 13th, I called a dealership and asked if they could help me get a car. I drive thinking i am going to the right dealership and i end up at Luther Nissan Kia. I asked Mary at the front desk for Matt and she told me that Matt was off today. Well a long story short, i ended up at the wrong dealership and got a car from Luther Nissan Kia, thanks to Tom, Raul, Mary and Jerry. Excellent Service I phoned Luther Kia for service and Mike Wagner answered the phone. I told him that my new Soul!'s interior fan was only working on number 4, nothing I phoned Luther Kia for service and Mike Wagner answered the phone. I told him that my new Soul!'s interior fan was only working on number 4, nothing else. We made an appointment to bring the car in. Well, I must say I am extremely impressed with Mike and the service I received. The repair only took about 30-40 min and he told me then that it was a blower motor resister and he had gone ahead and ordered the new part, when I originally phoned, so it would be there when I came in. Talk about fantastic service!! I didn't have to wait or come back another day. I am so thankful for Mike Wagner and the service I received. More

My experience with Tom I worked with Tom Hagmeier. At first I was stand offish about buying a new car and didn't have much hope of getting a car because of past credit issue I worked with Tom Hagmeier.
