Despite the challenges my situation presented, Jeff and Raul were deeply committed and enthused to find a plausible solution for me -- which in fact they did. I truly appreciate the time and effort they put forth to help with my situation, and I am pleased to say I walked out that same night with a sweet ride too -- a 2013 Nissan Sentra! They truly went the extra mile for me; compassionate and considerate to me needs. I would highly recommend them personally to anyone I knew and to Luther Nissan Kia overall. This is the 4th vehicle I've gotten from Luther Nissan Kia. Given my history with the dealership, I can honestly say that entire team has always been so kind and inviting. The work ethic demonstrated by the team, while expected by management I'm sure, is certainly well received by me and all your patrons. I met Luke online as an online sales rep. Friendly, concerned with what I was looking for, the trade I had, color, and above all else professional. I readily made an appointment, drove through the snow concerned with what I was looking for, the trade I had, color, and above all else professional. I readily made an appointment, drove through the snow mind you, and drove a Optima and Soul. We chatted for a while, went through colors and I met Dan Ramy who sold me my first KIA. He knew me right off, and from there everything started falling into place. Next they couldn't find the right color or price and so the blue I chose still just was not quit there yet. Luke showed me what was on the lot, in the warmth of the store, and I spotted a bright red. I asked if that might be a choice and he looked it up and said it would work. WOW! Numbers crunched and paper work started. I transferred my stuff into the car from my old one, and enjoyed the ride home. Jamie was a hoot to deal with as she is the Finance Manager. She explained all the paperwork, all the numbers and what each was for. Jamie asked questions, I talked to Dan on mechanical issues, and Luke on the accessories/extras. After I felt I had enough information as well as being allowed to read, I chose to go with the package deal on paint, warranty, mechanical, etc. It was a fun experience, as there was laughter, even brought you coffee or whatever to be sure you were comfortable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who asks and share my experience. More

I arrived about an hour early for my scheduled appointment (7:30pm) and I was greeted promptly by Mary Cerecedes. My car was finished was 8:30pm, the original time my appointment was supposed to be at, so I really appreciated the timeliness of the service and that they were able to service my car earlier than anticipated. Mary found me in the waiting area and explained my multi-point inspection; all fluids were filled and there were no issues with my car. I also enjoyed having a freshly washed car. Once again, great customer service by Mary and the service team! More
