The only reason the quality of work is 4 stars of 5 is the fact that there were water spots on my car after the car wash. The staff in service is prompt, clear when explaining price, and friendly even whe the fact that there were water spots on my car after the car wash. I couldn't be happier with my experience here!! I knew i wanted to buy a car, but dreaded going to a dealership because I've been overwhelmed and deceived in past experiences. After finding the Murano on Carsoup, I came in to Luther Nissan Kia ready to have to negotiate and battle to get what i wanted. My initial reason for coming in, was that the car was extremely well-priced; I'd been shopping for a couple months and never saw a better price with better mileage. When I walked in they were extremely busy, but I was still greeted right away by the receptionist who then called the salesman I had been working with over email (Dave Jr). He had a customer, so he called Dave Burns Sr who also greeted me right away, heard what I was looking for, and immediately started to help. Within 30 minutes I was sold - Dave was honest with my questions, knowledgable about the vehicles, and in no way pushed me in to a deal I wasn't onboard with. He did what a good salesperson does; listen to the customer, be as helpful as possible, and ultimately leave it to the customer to decide if it's the right purchase. I highly recommend shopping here - after making the purchase, I felt like i had all the information I needed at a better than fair price. The more I drive my new vehicle, the more I love it!!! Dave and the rest of the staff were attentive and helped me make the right decision for me, not to just drive a sale. Thank you to Luther Nissan Kia for being a great dealership staffed with great sales professionals like Dave!! More
Greg ROCKS!! I received an email from corporate stating Greg ROCKS!! I received an email from corporate stating that the dealership now offered drive-up service. So, without an appointment, my son and I st Greg ROCKS!! I received an email from corporate stating that the dealership now offered drive-up service. So, without an appointment, my son and I stopped in for an oil change. We then found out that the corporate email was inaccurate and we did NEED an appointment. Greg said he would see what he could do and we would have to wait. I said no problem as long as we had good coffee while we waited. My son and I were both out of there in less than 90 minutes. The service department was VERY BUSY, and Greg and company made us feel truly VALUED! This dealership is the BEST we have ever dealt with...sales, service, and administration...no doubt about it! I have concerns about why your OBD 2 was not able to detect the misfiring of cylinders 2 & 3 at Luther Kia in IGH. I asked the mechanic to check the spark plugs and he stated that he was not able to get detect the misfiring of cylinders 2 & 3 at Luther Kia in IGH. I asked the mechanic to check the spark plugs and he stated that he was not able to get a diagnosis from the computer and could not look at the engine. The mechanic recommended that we drive it over to the GM dealership because it was a Saturn. We purchased the vehicle at Luther Kia and had regular oil changes here. We just had some service at Luther and they never recommended the spark plugs be replaced which GM mechanic suggested. More
Fantastic service. After getting my car in for basic service (oil change), there were other issues with the car. He showed me what was wrong, and what needed to be done. He actually saved me money with service (oil change), there were other issues with the car. He showed me what was wrong, and what needed to be done. He actually saved me money with the repairs needed by making a couple phone calls and making a run to another dealer (my car is a Dodge) to get the part. Overall all, fantastic service by the entire team and that's why I they have my service, even though my car isn't a Kia or Nissan (I bought my car at Kia/Nissan). More

I've bought 5 new Nissans, but the last 3 from Sue at Luther Nissan, and she's provided by and far the easiest, low stress, no pressure buying experience making it literally a pleasure to buy the car, in Luther Nissan, and she's provided by and far the easiest, low stress, no pressure buying experience making it literally a pleasure to buy the car, instead of the typical frustrating experience that buying a car can be. Sue goes above and beyond to help answer questions and provide awesome customer service. She's friendly, open, honest, and ethical. I decided on the car I wanted on a Thursday, and wanted to pick it up Friday morning, however I wanted some extra add-on services done on the car prior to my picking it up, and Sue went out of her way literally to make sure the car was done perfectly, and everything was ready for me to pick up Friday morning. Couldn't have been happier. There are several Nissan dealerships that are closer to my home or work that are more convenient, but its definitely been worth it to me to go out of my way a little bit to work with Sue at Luther. Mary Cerecedes is the perfect example of great customer service in any setting. She went above and beyond for me in my recent visit. My car was being towed due to a recall on the steering wheel locking up and she kept her doors open until I arrived to get a loaner car. She did not rush me and definitely showed that her customers mean a lot to her and want the best experience possible for them. Please give Mary as much recognition as you can. She made a difference and she should be acknowledge for the consideration of others and all together kindness she services to her customers. More
