From our first contact with Chad at Luther Kia we were impressed. He was quick to respond to my internet request for information, was very knowledgeable and willing to work around my tight schedule. I have little time to spend checking out cars and had done some research and knew enough about the vehicle I was interested in to identify if I felt that I got a good deal or not. Not during any part of the process of looking or buying did Chad attempt to sell me on more than I was looking for. Even when my husband and I were unsure about our purchase. I, choosing a lesser expensive model of vehicle and my husband choosing a larger more expensive model. Even with this uncertainty Chad did not take this opportunity to sway us to the more expensive model he worked with us to make sure that the features that were most important to us was what we were getting and would be happy with long term. He appeared sincere, knowledgeable and patience with our uncertainties. In the end we bought and got all the features that were the most important for us at a reasonably agreed upon price. Eric the finance guy got us a great rate and I am happily driving my Kia Soul Exclaim today, enjoying every minute I spend in it with no regrets.
